6. No Refunds on Custom, Energetic, and Personal Items

Due to the custom and energetic nature of our products and services, all sales are final. Once we have begun work on a custom order, energy working, conjure, or personalized item, our time and energy cannot be "returned," and thus we cannot offer refunds. Please read all listings carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

7. Import Duties, Customs, and Shipping

You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or related charges required by your country upon delivery. If alternative carriers (such as UPS instead of USPS) are required for your location and incur an additional fee, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.
