Return & Refund Policy

We sell custom non-returnable products. All custom sales are final.

Our products and services are custom-created for each client and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all energy work (such as chakra workings, ajna restoration, and any other spiritual services), daemon companion conjurings and bindings, spells, talismans, amulets, candles, vessels, wooden sigils, and other personalized ritual items, as well as personal care goods (including beauty products, soaps, and bath sachets).

If you're unsure about something or have concerns about a specific item or service, reach out before you purchase. And if you've already ordered and something doesn't feel quite right, contact us—we're always willing to clarify, adjust where possible, and make sure you understand how to work with what you've received.

When you place an order, you're not just buying a product—you're investing in our time, focus, and spiritual energy. Each piece and service is crafted or performed specifically for you. Once that time and energy have been poured into your order, they cannot be taken back or "returned," which is why we do not offer refunds on custom or energetic work.

The standard 14-day "cooling-off" period for change of mind does not apply to orders made to a consumer's exact specifications. We are compliant with the EU consumer regulation 2011/83/EU.
